Terms of Use

Please read these terms carefully before using the SkyNexus Institute platform and services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SkyNexus Institute Pty Ltd.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SkyNexus Institute platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Use of Platform

You may use the SkyNexus platform for lawful, personal, and professional learning purposes only. You must not: share your account credentials, use the platform to infringe intellectual property rights, upload harmful or inappropriate content, attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures, or use the platform for commercial purposes without authorisation.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the SkyNexus platform — including courses, assessments, video, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of SkyNexus Institute or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal study use.

4. User Content

When you submit content to the platform (projects, forum posts, assignments), you grant SkyNexus a non-exclusive licence to use that content for educational and platform improvement purposes. You retain ownership of your work. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Credentials & Assessments

Credentials are awarded on successful completion of designated programs and assessments. All assessments must be completed by the enrolled individual. Use of AI tools in assessments is governed by the AI Use Policy. SkyNexus reserves the right to revoke credentials where academic integrity breaches are found.

6. Payments & Refunds

Fees for paid programs are due at enrolment. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. SkyNexus uses secure payment processing and does not store payment card details. In the event of program cancellation by SkyNexus, a full refund will be issued.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SkyNexus does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that content is completely up to date. We are not responsible for decisions made based on learning from the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkyNexus Institute's liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.

9. Termination

SkyNexus may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your access to paid content ceases, but we will retain learning records in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New South Wales.
